We will EMPOWER our community by challenging entrenched inequity and bias. We will increase the representation of women and other underrepresented groups within all aspects of the LEGO ecosystem.

At the Women’s Brick Initiative, we’re not just about creating stunning brick-built masterpieces (though we do plenty of that, with flair and precision!); we’re about building a supportive community where every member feels valued, heard, and inspired.
Here, we champion the voices and talents of women and underrepresented populations in the brick-building universe, because we believe that everyone deserves a spot at the table.
